3. Basic installment for water government and school is charged according to the table and other use water degree is charged according to level 3 water price.
4. Temporary water is charged according to the table and 50% more.
5. Basic installment for water military is charged by the table, preference for water use according to water price level 1 (within 30 degrees) and charged according to the table when more than 31 degrees.
6. Business tax and waste disposal charge are not included in all prices of the table. Waste disposal charge with tap water prices are charged NT$ 4.5/ degree.
7. Total water price unit is NT dollars and the price less than 10 cents is counted by rounding off.
Notice:
Water Price Charge:
In accordance with Isolated Islands Construction Act in 2000, the water price of Kinmen area is charged according to the average price int Taiwan.
(1)The water price was charged according to Kinmen area water price table from 2000 to 2005. Until the end of a year, after the central competent authority verifies and draws up a budget and appropriates subsidies, the Factory handles the difference refund for all water users according to “Taiwan average price.”
(2)In accordance with Article 14, Isolated Islands Construction Act since 2006, the water price for water use in isolated islands is charged according to the average price in Taiwan and the ways of operation are as follow:

The average water price of the current month is the standard for charging water price in Kinmen area. All water users can enjoy the preference ahead of time and do not handle the refund after payment.
Charge statement and all charge collected on commission:
1.Share in the differential between communal meter reading and sum of individual
meter readings (in cubic meters): in accordance with the regulations the difference is shared evenly when the communal meter reading is bigger than the sum of individual meter readings.
2.Waste disposal charge collected on commission: the Factory accepts the entrustment from Environmental Protection Bureau, Kinmen County to collect the charges that are NT$4.5/ reading.
3.Wastewater charge and business tax are not collected temporarily.
How to pay:
1.General Affairs Section of the Factory: please bring your water bill and pay at the General Affairs Section of the Factory. (Service time: 8:00 am~ 5:30 pm)
2.Collected by financial institutions: please bring your water bill and pay at all financial institutions in Kinmen County (Bank of Taiwan, Land Bank of Taiwan, Kinmen County Credit Cooperative, Yuanta Bank, Mega Bank)
3.Automatic payments: Bank of Taiwan, Land Bank of Taiwan, Kinmen County Credit Cooperative, Post Office, Yuanta Bank, Mega Bank.
Penalty for late payment:
If you cannot pay off the water bill within the payment due date listed in the water bill of the current month. 1% of penalty for late payment will be collected according to the water charges payable every 4 days late, 5% the most and it will be collected with combining with the next water bill.
Water service disconnected for arrears:
The Factory disconnects water service according to regulations due to arrears over two months. When applying for water supply restoration, arrears must be paid up and pay the water supply restoration fee.
Double payment:
The double payment will be automatically deducted from the next month water bill. Please bring your ID card, personal seal and the receipt of water bill and apply for the refund in cash to General Affairs Section of the Factory.
